The house in the heart of Munich’s old city is well over 400 years old and is under historic preservation. During the modernization of our house great emphasis was put on the preservation of original details. We offer a modern décor in an historic ambience for your relaxation and comfort. Our facilities
At Blauer Bock we offer sixty nine rooms dispersed throughout four floors.
Each room is different to the next, decorated with care giving attention to the most minor details of days past. Many of our rooms are situated just above the quiet inner courtyard. Other rooms look out upon Munich’s romantic Sebastiansplatz. Our fourth floor rooms provide a breathtaking view of the old city’s historic towers.
At one time, this was the residence of monks and king’s men.
In today’s day and age the historic quarters are furnished with the necessary modern conveniences including bathroom / shower / toilet. In each room you will find direct outward dialing telephones and High Speed Internet Access (WLAN). The Wireless LAN connection is available free of charge when booking online. For those who have a smaller budget, we can offer especially affordable rooms without a private bathroom. For those with allergy concerns, we can offer special rooms with appropriate allergen-impermeable bed covers.
