Cookies
In addition to the data listed above under section 3, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files stored on your hard drive associated with the browser you use. They allow certain information to be sent to the location that placed the cookies (here, this is us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They are designed to make the website more user-friendly and effective.
There are basically two different types of cookies: so-called session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and temporary/permanent cookies, which are stored on your hard drive for a longer period of time or indefinitely. This storage helps us make our website more appealing to you and makes it easier for you to use, for example, by saving certain entries you make so you don't have to repeat them constantly.
When you visit our website, you will be informed about the use of cookies and that by continuing to browse our website, you consent to the processing of your personal data used in this context. In this context, you will also be referred to this privacy policy.
You can also configure your browser settings according to your preferences and refuse cookies. Please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the features of this website.

Processing of your data when contacting us
We offer you the opportunity to contact us by email. The information you provide when contacting us will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions. Data processing when contacting us is based on your legally granted consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: “Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.
The purpose of data processing is to evaluate website usage and compile reports on website activity. Further related services are then provided based on website and internet usage.
Legal basis:
The data is processed on the basis of the user’s consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Recipient:
The recipient of the data is Google as the data processor. We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with Google for this purpose.
Storage period:
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for our recording purposes.
Third country transfer:
Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the EU_US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Provision required or necessary:
The provision of your personal data is voluntary and based solely on your consent. If you deny access, this may result in functional limitations on the website.
Revocation of consent:
You can prevent cookies from being saved by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Furthermore, you can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: Browser Add-On for deactivating Google Analytics.
In addition to, or as an alternative to, the browser add-on, you can prevent Google Analytics from tracking our websites by clicking this link. This will install an opt-out cookie on your device. This will prevent Google Analytics from tracking data for this website and this browser in the future, as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser. If you would like to change your cookie settings, please click here: Edit cookie settings
The privacy policy for Google Analytics was created with the privacy policy generator of activeMind AG (version 2018-09-24).
Google Maps
We use Google Maps on this website. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enable you to conveniently use the map function.
When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data specified in section 2 of this declaration is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be assigned to your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right you must contact Google.
Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Use of social plug-ins
Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") from social networks (Facebook and Instagram). To increase the protection of your data when you visit our website, the plugins are not integrated into the website without restrictions, but rather only via an HTML link (the so-called "Shariff solution").
This integration ensures that when you visit a page of our website containing such plugins, no connection is established with the servers of the provider of the respective social network. If you click on one of the buttons, a new window opens in your browser and calls up the page of the respective service provider, where you can (possibly after entering your login data) click the Like or Share button, for example. We have integrated the plugins of the following companies on our website:
Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo-Alto, CA 94304, USA
Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA
The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the providers on their websites as well as your rights and setting options for protecting your privacy can be found in the providers' data protection information.

Right of objection according to Art.21 GDPR
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your personal situation, provided that the permission for processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (e) – (f) GDPR.
We will then no longer process this personal data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of this personal data for the purpose of such advertising.
You can submit your objection by email to jsedlmeyr@hotelblauerbock.de or by post to Sebastiansplatz 9, 80331 Munich.

The new privacy policy posted there will then apply to your next visit to our website.
